• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll-related processes.
  


• Proven experience working in Agile environments, particularly within product development teams.
  


• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP HR Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Experience with SAP ECP implementations.
  


• Familiarity with the implementation of Dutch CLAs.
  


• Ability to lead and drive complex topics independently.
  


• Proven capability to coach, support, and motivate other Business Process Analysts (BPAs) within the team.
  


• Dutch language proficiency preferred, due to the need to work with Dutch Collective Labour Agreements (CLAs).
