Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile / SAFe environments.
  


• Facilitate all Scrum events effectively to keep teams aligned, focused, and delivering value.
  


• Proactively identify and remove impediments to maximize team productivity and flow.
  


• Drive continuous improvement by encouraging learning, experimentation, and process refinement.
  


• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values, Scrum principles, and SAFe practices.
  


• Foster healthy team dynamics and psychological safety to enable high\-performing collaboration.
  


• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, well\-prioritized, and refined product backlog.
  


• Promote transparency through clear communication and visible delivery metrics.
  


• Protect the team from scope creep and external disruptions during sprint execution.
  


• Use data and metrics to improve delivery predictability and guide continuous improvement.
  


• Facilitate cross\-team collaboration to resolve dependencies and align teams on shared goals.
  


• Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and SAFe frameworks.
  


• Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, frameworks, and best practices.
  


• Proven experience effectively supporting 2–3 Scrum teams simultaneously.
  


• Extensive experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  


• Strong collaboration with Product Owners for backlog refinement and prioritization.
  


• Demonstrated ability to remove impediments and shield teams from external interruptions.
  


• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
  


• Strong servant\-leadership mindset with proven coaching capabilities.
  


• Commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of agility.
  


• Experience working in engineering\-driven IT environments with iterative development practices.
  


• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  


• Ability to promote healthy team dynamics, manage conflicts, and build trust.
  


• Experience collaborating with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies.
  


• Ability to facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning in SAFe environments.
  


• Experience working with or supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  


• Proven expertise in resolving cross\-team and cross\-ART dependencies.
  


• Strong alignment\-building skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  


• Knowledge of complementary frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, or similar.
  


• Experience driving organization\-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
