Requirements

• Act as a servant leader and coach to the Scrum Team, ensuring consistent adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices.
  


• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  


• Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well\-groomed, prioritized, and ready.
  


• Proactively identify, track, and help remove impediments that may impact team delivery or performance.
  


• Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions, enabling focus and sustainable delivery.
  


• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and psychologically safe team environment.
  


• Drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives, feedback loops, and adaptive practices.
  


• Track, analyze, and communicate team progress and performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
  


• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum best practices, promoting self\-organization and accountability.
  


• Support the wider organization in its Agile transformation and adoption.
