Job Description - Senior Data Engineer AI Project (ID: 3066)

As a Senior Data/Analytics Engineer, you will:

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that support AI-driven applications, particularly for ingestion into Azure Search Index.
Optimize search parameters to enhance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and rank-based evaluations, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of AI models.
Utilize Document Intelligence Services to extract insights from a variety of document formats.
Integrate with OpenAI APIs to support the development of advanced AI features and tools.
Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, contributing to the success of cross-functional AI initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering roles, with a strong foundation in data architecture and modeling.
Proven expertise in Python and Databricks for large-scale data manipulation, analysis, and engineering tasks.
Strong experience with Azure cloud services, preferably holding the Azure Infrastructure Associate Certification.
Deep understanding of data integration, AI model support infrastructure, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and related data processing frameworks.

You should possess the ability to:

Work autonomously on complex data problems, while maintaining alignment with team strategies and technical direction.
Identify innovative, scalable solutions when faced with technical or architectural challenges.
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Effectively communicate and collaborate in a multilingual, multicultural team environment.
Rapidly adapt to evolving AI and data engineering technologies and best practices.
