• Mentor and coach junior and mid\-level developers on best practices, clean code principles, modular architecture, and Mendix design patterns
  


• Conduct code reviews, facilitate solution design workshops, and resolve complex technical challenges
  


• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust Mendix solutions
  


• Strengthen development standards, application maintainability, and performance optimization practices
  


• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines
  


• Serve as a true Lead Developer, shaping the technical roadmap for Mendix initiatives
  


• Drive innovation by introducing new ways of working, particularly leveraging AI tools to Accelerate development throughput, Improve code consistency and quality, Automate documentation, Enhance testing and release processes
  


• Evaluate new Mendix and low\-code platform capabilities and recommend adoption strategies
  


• Influence cross\-team engineering culture and implement frameworks that elevate technical maturity
  


• Partner with senior leadership to provide architectural guidance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
