Support and govern deployments using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines, enabling smooth and controlled promotion from development to production.
Actively contribute to shaping the ServiceNow vision and roadmap, leveraging experience from multiple customer engagements and the full potential of ServiceNow capabilities and techniques.
