Requirements
Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations (minimum one end\-to\-end implementation).
Hands\-on experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management), TPRM (Third\-Party Risk Management), and SecOps modules.
Experience with ITSM integrations, including Service Catalog and workflow configuration.
Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting.
Experience working with CMDB and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
Experience developing ServiceNow widgets is a plus.
Knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Experience with ITSM and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
Exposure to HRSD in combination with TPRM is an advantage.
Design and implement workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation across ServiceNow modules.
Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing technical guidance and ensuring solutions align with business requirements.
Support deployments using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and controlled transitions from development to production environments.
