Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  


• 3–5 years of experience working with ServiceNow SecOps modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR), along with core platform capabilities.
  


• Minimum 5 years of hands\-on experience in ServiceNow application development.
  


• 4–5 years of experience developing customer\-facing web or mobile applications is an added advantage.
  


• Strong expertise and in\-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and capabilities.
  


• Ability to analyze business requirements, standardize processes, and translate customer needs into high\-level architectural solutions or supporting designs.
  


• Good understanding of service\-oriented architecture (SOA) and software application architecture, with the ability to advise stakeholders on best practices.
  


• Experience with web technologies including JavaScript (ES5+), HTML, CSS/SCSS, and SQL; familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or React is a plus.
  


• Knowledge of web\-based protocols and standards including SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and web services.
  


• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object\-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scalability considerations.
  


• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience leading small project teams is a plus.
  


• Result\-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  


• Preferred Certifications
  


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  


• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations from concept through deployment, aligned with customer requirements.
  


• Configure and develop ServiceNow SecOps modules, including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
  


• Build and enhance workflows, scripts, and automation to optimize and streamline business processes.
  


• Analyze detailed requirements and take ownership of the full development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and delivery of high\-quality solutions.
  


• Design scalable and maintainable features while ensuring future extensibility of applications.
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast\-paced Agile environment.
  


• Maintain a strong focus on code quality, performance, and reusability while following ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
