Solution Architect

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable senior-level architecture role, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
  


• 7+ years of expertise in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), with strong knowledge of integrating systems, services, and processes.
  


• 10+ years of hands-on experience with the OpenText Process Suite Platform, including design, configuration, and implementation.
  


• Proficient with JIRA for project tracking, backlog management, and sprint planning.
  


• Experienced in working within Agile/Scrum teams, with a solid understanding of iterative development, sprint cycles, and continuous improvement practices.
  


• Competent in SQL, including data modeling, querying, and performance tuning.
  


• Familiar with the Defense sector, including organizational structures, workflows, compliance requirements, and security protocols.
  


• Experienced in knowledge transfer and coaching, providing guidance to mid-level and senior team members to elevate team capability and ensure long-term knowledge retention.
  

• Apply core Solution Architecture (SA) principles across the process, information, application, and technology layers of the enterprise landscape.
  


• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into scalable architectural solutions, working closely with consultants and domain experts.
  


• Produce project start architectures and detailed solution designs aligned with overarching enterprise architecture, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  


• Promote and enforce adherence to architectural principles and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  


• Develop comprehensive solution architectures encompassing business processes, roles, data models, applications, databases, and infrastructure components.
  


• Support project teams during implementation phases, ensuring alignment with architecture while remaining agile to adjust design when required.
  


• Operate within an Agile/Scrum framework, evolving architectural deliverables iteratively in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
  


• Act as a strategic bridge between business objectives and technical execution, enabling efficient and effective solution delivery.
