Requirements

• Design, build, verify, and deploy robust and scalable software solutions.
  


• Upgrade and enhance existing software systems and services.
  


• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  


• Configure and manage environments running on Linux and Wintel platforms.
  


• Develop and maintain TIBCO BusinessWorks processes (primarily BWCE and BW 6.x).
  


• Decommission legacy TIBCO processes in a structured and efficient manner.
  


• Create and manage new file transfers as per business needs.
  


• Support application and integration migration projects across platforms.
  


• Work within CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps and Agile delivery practices.
  


• Collaborate across teams to design and support secure enterprise integration solutions.
  


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  


• Minimum of 4 years of experience with relevant technologies.
  


• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BWCE and TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x.
  


• Proficiency in YAML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), JSON, XML, UML.
  


• Deep knowledge of XML, XSD, DTD, XSLT, XPATH, and SOAP.
  


• Solid understanding of SOA, ESB, and Enterprise Integration Architecture.
  


• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk (including dashboard configuration) and Dynatrace.
  


• Proven troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing thread dumps, memory issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  


• Familiarity with TIBCO tools such as EMS, FTL, eFTL, Mashery, Administrator, TRA, Hawk, Adapters, and Plugins.
  


• Practical knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  


• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly and logically.
  


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  


• Strong organizational, time management, and stress management abilities.
  


• A continuous learner with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  


• Experience with Azure and working in multi-cloud environments.
  


• Hands-on experience with TIBCO BW 5.x and containerized editions.
  


• Experience with API development and management using tools like Mashery, APIGEE, or KONG.
  


• Familiarity with Java Apache Camel is a plus.
