User Experience (UX) Designer

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  


• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  


• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience in UX/UI design for complex, multi\-module applications.
  


• Create high\-quality UI designs in Figma, aligned with the Customer design system, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
  


• Conduct end\-to\-end UX research, including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and research synthesis.
  


• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless and consistent user experience across multiple PtP program modules.
  


• Translate research insights into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI assets.
  


• Ensure design consistency, usability, and scalability across all modules through strong design governance and iterative refinement.
  


• Leverage Figma Make and AI\-driven design tools to improve design efficiency, prototyping speed, and testing workflows.
  


• Advanced expertise in Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design system implementation.
  


• Familiarity with AI\-assisted design tools and their application within modern UX/UI workflows.
  


• Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
  


• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while meeting delivery timelines.
  


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  


• The Customer will provide access to required design systems, research tools, and collaboration platforms.
  


• All deliverables must comply with Customer brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and data security requirements.
  


• The resource must comply at all times with Customer data privacy, confidentiality, and information security policies.
  


• No sensitive or confidential client or project data may be stored locally or on personal devices.
  


• All project files, assets, and communications must remain within Customer\-approved platforms and encrypted storage environments.
