Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description: Joolz, a leading company in the baby products industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and reconcile accounts receivable aging reports - Process customer payments and ensure timely and accurate posting - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues - Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment arrangements - Review and analyze customer credit limits and payment terms - Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address any billing inquiries or concerns - Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting - Provide support for audits and internal control processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of accounting principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Detail-oriented and able to work independently - Driven and energetic personality traits
