Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Associate at Joolz, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collection of payments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Generating and sending out invoices to customers - Monitoring unpaid invoices and following up with customers for payment - Reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies - Communicating with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues - Posting payments to customer accounts - Preparing aging reports and assisting with month-end close processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related roles - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and strategic planning capabilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
