Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable at BUX, located in Rotterdam, NL, you will be responsible for managing the company's incoming payments and ensuring that all outstanding invoices are collected in a timely manner. This is an entry level position, but we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Contacting clients to follow up on outstanding payments - Reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies - Processing incoming payments and updating the accounting system - Generating financial reports related to accounts receivable - Working closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and collection - Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment - Excellent leadership and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
