Online Accountant

Job Description:

Lely Industries, a leading agricultural technology company in Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in accounting to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online accounting systems and software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. 2. Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journal entries, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making. 4. Monitor and assess financial performance by conducting regular audits and reconciliations. 5. Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. 6. Maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Proficiency in accounting software and online financial tools. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Strong planning and organizational skills.
