Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Vattenfall Netherlands is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Accounts Receivable to join our team in Amsterdam. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing the online accounts receivable functions for our company.

Responsibilities: - Reviewing and processing online payments from customers - Reconciling accounts receivable transactions - Monitoring customer accounts for delinquency and contacting customers regarding outstanding payments - Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes - Generating financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing - Utilizing accounting software and online platforms to manage accounts receivable data - Providing support for audits and financial reviews - Developing strategies to improve online accounts receivable processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office - Strategic planning skills to optimize accounts receivable processes - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Hardworking and dedicated mindset - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
