Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Vanderlande, a leading provider of automated material handling solutions, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance for the right candidate.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative inquiries and requests within the organization - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management - Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and workflow - Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support roles - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Leadership skills to effectively manage tasks and workflows - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
