Remote Personal Assistant

Job Description:

Shapeways, a leading 3D printing service based in Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a Remote Personal Assistant to join their team. This full-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, energetic, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. 2. Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks. 3. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events. 4. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed. 5. Communicate with clients and vendors via email and phone. 6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 7. Perform general office tasks to support the overall operations of the company.

Requirements: 1. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 2. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
