Account Support Associate - Remote Work

VanDutch Marine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is fully remote and will be based in Rotterdam, NL. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is adaptable, confident, and possesses strong time management skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Provide front-line support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and acquisition efforts - Prepare reports and analysis of customer activity, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in coordinating customer events and promotions - Contribute to the overall success of the account support team by sharing best practices and providing feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account support roles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
