Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Vattenfall Netherlands is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a remote basis. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through chat platforms, resolving inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat platforms in a timely manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer support - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis - Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve support processes - Assist with any additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions - Analytical mindset to solve customer issues effectively - Proficiency in using chat platforms and office software - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
