Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Peerby is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Client Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide excellent customer service by promptly resolving client concerns and questions - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with necessary information and support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in client service and suggest solutions

Requirements: - 3 or more years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Independent and able to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong project management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
