Job Description - Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Client Service Officer to join our team on a remote basis in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Provide support and assistance to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Process client orders, bookings, and reservations accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions - Proactively plan and organize client interactions and follow-ups


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Innovation mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving - Planning skills to anticipate client needs and provide proactive support
