Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Ahold Delhaize is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Utrecht, NL. This is a full-time remote work position with an associate level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role and possess strong interpersonal skills. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Adaptable and passionate personality traits - Strong critical thinking and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluency in Dutch and English
