As a Customer Care Officer, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, processing orders and returns, and updating customer account information in our database. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively and contribute to team meetings to improve customer satisfaction.
