What will you do as a Customer Service Agent?
In this dynamic environment, you need to be firm, as you deal with various interests, workload, and shifting responsibilities, (major) projects, and urgent tasks. Therefore, you must be able to quickly switch between activities while maintaining an overview. Analytical skills to assess and solve complex logistical challenges are also crucial in this role. As a Customer Service Representative at DHL Supply Chain, you have daily contact with the customer regarding various matters such as shipments, order issues, warehouse transport, and relationship management.

Our High Tech campus in Beringe consists of 5 locations with a total area of approximately 145.000 m2, and you will be part of the customer Philips. You are part of a team of 10 Customer Service Representatives and report to the Customer Service Supervisor.
