About Petite Am lie

Petite Am lie is a young and rapidly growing Dutch brand that designs and produces beautiful baby & kids' interior products. We have 4 online stores in the Netherlands, France, Germany and the UK. Each country has a customer service team, we now have an opportunity in the UK team.

Tasks

As Customer Service Agent UK, you will be handling all customer service-related tasks, such as:

• Make customers happy! by following up on incoming customer requests by phone and e-mail
• Pro-actively communicate with our distributors, customers and warehouse regarding customer service-related matters
• Cooperate with other Petite Am lie departments, such as finance and marketing. We love working together!
• Handle and monitor customer reviews
• Manage back-orders
• Monitor and follow up on in-time delivery of orders

Requirements

• Education: The equivalent of the Dutch educational level - MBO
• Customer service experience or affinity
• Excellent written and spoken language skills in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability: Part-time / Full-time position available

Work location

We are looking for someone who lives in the Amsterdam - Utrechts area. Our head office is perfectly located in Naarden-Bussum next to the train station, 25 mins from Amsterdam and Utrecht.
