Job Description:
HEMA is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team on a full-time basis with the option to work remotely. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed customer service targets and KPIs
Requirements: - 4+ years of proven experience in customer service or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Adaptability and passion for helping customers - Excellent negotiation and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
