Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Harver is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role will require strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Providing product information and troubleshooting guidance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating any recurring issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Conducting research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Driven and energetic personality - Proven ability to innovate and think creatively - Strong research skills - High school diploma or equivalent
