The Customer Service/ Customer Experience Representative is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service & satisfaction within the organization. In addition he/she is responsible for optimal communication, order processing, support, correspondence and deliveries between customers, the commercial team and the customer service team. This position is focussed on the Belgium market, therefor being able to communicate fluent in Dutch and Englis is mandatory, French as an extra language would be very welcome!
