Currently I am looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 2-4 years of B2B and supply chain experience in the region of Leiden! This is a long term position within an international biotechnology company! Please continue reading if interested!

Role: Customer Service Representative

Contract: 6 months (extension possible)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Team

The Customer Service department has a professional team of 6 representatives. This department is the first contact point for all customers regarding placing orders, questions about orders, complaints and all other order related activities. This team has a strong service level because of their accuracy, clear and transparent communication, on-time performance and a low conformity rate. This team is now looking for a talented representative to join them on a full-time base.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders and put into SAP
• Order management
• Proactively update customers about orders
• Work closely with all involved departments to fix issues
• Build strong relationships with important contacts internally and externally

You have/are

• Min. 2 years of working experience in similar B2B environment
• Customer Focused
• Ownership
• Accurate with strong administrative skills
