As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you identify with the following job requirements:

• You already have work experience in a similar role;
• You have vocational college (MBO+) or bachelor's (HBO) level of education and thinking;
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English languages;
• You are proficient in MS Office. Experience with Transport Management Systems is a plus!
