• Providing excellent customer support to a key account.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and experience.
• Accurately processing receipts and orders in the Warehouse Management System.
• Handling customer inquiries.
• Resolving any arising issues and demonstrating problem solving skills.
• Assisting drivers at the drivers desk.

Profiel

• Previous experience with Customer Service in a Logistics environment.
• Ability to coordinate between the office and warehouse.
• Ability to effectively communicate and empathise with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• MBO diploma or equivalent qualification.
