Job Description:
KPN is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis with remote work flexibility. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. This role is suitable for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs - Onboard new customers, ensuring they have a smooth and successful transition to our products and services - Monitor customer usage and engagement, providing proactive support and guidance to drive customer success - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met effectively - Develop and execute customer success plans, setting goals and KPIs to measure success and drive customer retention - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer success goals - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
