Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and verbal).
• Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and a desire to help others.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
