Job Description - Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent

Description

Our client is looking for passionate, and customer focused individuals, who will be the first point of contact for their valued customers. Working as a Customer Support Agent, means having close contact with their customers via phone, email and live chat. You will also work alongside their other teams including Payments, Fraud, Safe Gambling and CRM. This role is very fast paced, but they will always ensure that their customers have a positive experience. They will provide you with all the equipment including a laptop, to ensure they support you within the role!                  This role is 365 days a year with varying shift patterns covering day and night shifts. Details to be discussed during the interview.                  Language: Supporting the Dutch market means you need to be fluent in both writing and speaking in Dutch and English.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:          Clear and concise communication to their customers via live chat, email and phone.       Listen to customer inquiries and resolve problems effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures.       Address customer complaints professionally, with empathy and patience, with a focus on turning negative experiences into positive ones.        

Requirements

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:         Resilience to work towards and exceed KPIS.        Able to work as an individual, but also contribute to the wider team and their culture.       Enthusiastic and self-motivated team player.       Excellent oral and written communication.       Strong organisational and time management skills.        Previous experience in the gambling industry is desirable, but not essential.
