Field Service Representative

Join Schneider Electric and power your career We are looking for a Field Service Representative - Secure Power who is motivated to contribute to the growth of Schneider Electric . After an induction period, you will independently perform work at our customers, but you will also regularly meet your colleagues on larger jobs or during toolboxes and meetings. What will you do?

• Perform maintenance activity's on existing UPS systems at our customers.
• Commissioning of new UPS systems at our customers and instructing them on how to operate the UPS installation.
• Troubleshooting and repairing UPS systems.
• Advising our customers on their existing UPS installation for optimization and/or renewal.
• Operate and use various software applications.
• Keep a proper administration of registering and reporting all customer visits.
• Together with your colleagues, you will be part of our 24x7 standby service once every four weeks to support customers in the event of calamities outside of office hours.
• Travel abroad occasionally for training

What qualifications will make you successful?

• A completed technical MBO3 / MBO4 preferably towards electrical engineering / electronics;
• Experience in the field of UPS installations is an advantage;
• High security awareness;
• Customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills;
• In possession of a driving license B;
• You are able to work in an environment that is different every day;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
