Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
• Conduct concrete sales activities to drive revenue.
• Handle Inquiries and Reservations: Respond to telephone, email, and online inquiries, offering accurate information and assistance with bookings and reservations.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report guest feedback to the management, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with our services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.

Essential Skills:

• Track record in delivering excellent customer service, ideally in a hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond empathetically.
• Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Personal organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with reservation management systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years or older to fulfil the responsibilities of this role.
