Job Description - Head of Planning, Forecasting & Customer Logistics

As Head of Planning, Forecasting & Customer Logistics, you will play a crucial role in running the team that plans installations, services and customer shipments. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing forecasts and capacity, and implementing new procedures for new products and more complex processes.

What you will do:

  • Manage the team (3 FTE and growing) responsible for planning of customer interactions and shipments.

  • Work alongside the team on planning, shipments and projects yourself.

  • Identify issues, solve them and improve processes so they don’t happen again.

  • Start, detail and implement projects, for example planning of installation of all-electric or cooperation with new partners. Each with specific and different requirements.

  • Monitor and adjust forecasts and capacity planning, utilizing available teams as efficiently as possible.

  • Collaborate with external partner to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment and timely installation.

What you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Analytically strong with attention to detail. Able to oversee and understand interactions between many complex planning processes.

  • Proficiency with software tools like logistics and scheduling software.

  • You are not afraid to fix issues and make improvements yourself, whether it means calling partners, diving into a software tool.

  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with people inside and outside the organization.

  • You are full of energy, eager, and capable to learn and grow.

  • You are proficient in English and Dutch.
