Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Suitsupply is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat customer service team, ensuring excellent customer service and support for our online customers. This is a remote work position based in Eindhoven, NL.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of live chat customer service representatives - Monitor live chat conversations to ensure high-quality interactions with customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat team - Train new team members on live chat protocols and best practices - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution when necessary - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a live chat management role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and innovation soft skills - Proficiency in CRM software and live chat platforms - Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
