Connecting with all different stakeholders and departments to align processes. This roll requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a customercentric mindset and a passion for driving excellence in service delivery. Beside that he/her needs to c ollaborate with both sales and customers to improve our service offering in a profitable way. Co-develop and implement new services coming from the local market needs (This role with a Benelux scope). Support the growth acceleration of Lyreco by making services available and accessible to all our customers. And a chieve the periodic goals .
Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of Solution Services professionals, providing guidance and support in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer implementation objectives , develop project plans, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations .
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Solution Services team to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Solution Services team, providing coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to provide innovative and effective solutions to our clients.
