Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team at Joolz in Utrecht, NL. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is needed, but candidates must possess a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within our company. The Remote Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone support, handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Process orders and assist with product information - Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy - Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide accurate information - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving - Update customer records and information in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent customer service skills - Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office - Adaptability to handle a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills to identify and solve customer issues effectively
