Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Call Center Manager to join our team at DSM in Utrecht, NL. As a mid-to-senior level position, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of call center representatives, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the call center. 3. Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer calls and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.


Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Independent and confident decision-making abilities. 5. Experience with time management and prioritization skills. 6. Ability to innovate and implement new strategies to improve call center performance.
