Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Update customer records and databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Highly adaptable and able to think critically in fast-paced situations - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude - Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Proficiency in using computer systems and databases - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in Dutch and English
