Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Scotch & Soda is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Den Haag, NL. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely manner, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues - Provide information about products, promotions, and services - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong research and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
