Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Picnic Technologies is seeking a reliable and adaptable Call Center Specialist to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating problems when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Team player with a cooperative attitude towards colleagues - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure
