Remote Chat Support Officer

WeTransfer is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Utrecht. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Experience in a customer support role preferred

Soft skills: - Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer inquiries - Attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough communication with customers
