Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Van Oord is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to adapt to changing situations. The Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat services, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat services - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues as needed - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Participate in training and development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate solutions to customers - Problem-solving skills to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues - Adaptable and reliable, able to adjust to changing priorities and schedules - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
