Chat Support Representative

Job Description: As a Chat Support Representative at 2getthere, located in Rotterdam, NL, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer support through various online chat platforms. Your main goal will be to assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have while using our products or services. This role will require excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat in a timely manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Proactively identifying trends or common issues to improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with a strong desire to help others - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with others - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Persuasion skills to effectively guide customers through solutions - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
