Client Relations Associate

Job Description: Booking.com, a leading global travel platform, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As a Client Relations Associate, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience for clients - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Booking.com's products and services - Provide support and guidance to clients on how to use Booking.com's platform effectively - Conduct client meetings and presentations to strengthen relationships and promote client retention - Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Resourceful and motivated with a strong desire to exceed client expectations - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide client decisions - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
