Job Description:

Scotch & Soda is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Support Associate to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Assist clients with product selection, sizing, and styling advice - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Monitor and track client orders to ensure delivery deadlines are met - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to resolve client issues - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client support processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong research and analysis skills - Knowledge of fashion industry trends and brands is a plus
